Spare Garage Kenya aims to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return or replacement subject to the conditions outlined below.
Products may be returned if:
The item received is damaged, defective, or faulty.
The wrong product was delivered.
The product is significantly different from the description provided.
Customers must submit a return request within 7 days of receiving the product. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for return or replacement.
To qualify for a return:
The product must be unused and in its original condition.
Original packaging, labels, manuals, and accessories must be included.
Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation.
Special-order or customized items.
Products returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Where applicable, customers may choose a replacement product instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.
If the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, Spare Garage Kenya may cover the return shipping costs. In other cases, return shipping charges may be the responsibility of the customer.
